Seasoned Brands is a restaurant management group comprised of over 50 restaurants in 4 different states. The group is a corporate office that owns and runs all corporate and franchises for Sittoo’s, Boaz Fresh Lebanese, Aladdin’s Eatery, Taza, Forage Public House, Bold Food & Drink, and The Oak Barrel. Seasoned Brands also owns Jamsine Bakery, Terranean Herbs & Spices, and helps with the non-profit HSUF. In this role, I was in charge of creating and distributing any marketing and graphic design needs for these restaurants. Throughout my time in this position, Boaz Fresh Lebanese became an official franchise. I assisted in creating franchise guidelines, branding, and the opening of their new restaurant in University Heights. I also created the logo, branding, labels, and marketing materials for the newly formed spices company, Terranean Herbs & Spices.
